Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email TwoBrothersBakeryCo@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving.

SIZING:

Apparel can vary in size from the manufacturer and have a variance/tolerance of 1in +/- in any measurement. This is common. I am NOT responsible for sizing variations based on the manufactures sizing garments. Colors can also vary based on manufacturers, computer screen and etc. Mock ups and sizing charts are guides to give you a representation of what to expect. In general, order true to size for a fitted look and size up for a more relaxed fit. Order 2 or more sizes up for a looser and oversized look. Bella Canva is more forgiving then Comfort Colors as far as stretch.

Processing times

Processing times range from 2-7business days. I print to order so please be patient as every order is packaged by me just for YOU. You will receive an email with tracking once your order is shipped.

Shipping

Expedited shipping does NOT equate to expedited processing times. Once your order has been dropped off, it is out of my hands. I do not control the speed in which the USPS or UPS carriers deliver or operate. Please be patient with them, especially during peak shipping holidays. Please use the tracking number to follow along with shipping for best estimated arrival.
